Symptoms

All the Monitoring reports fail with error: Error rendering element. Exception: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

For Example:

Allocated Space Usage by Databases & Tablespaces
An error has occurred!

Error rendering element. Exception: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Space Usage across all databases (CDBs and PDBs) NEW
An error has occurred!

Error rendering element. Exception: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
