Purpose

 Deprecation Notice of system broadcast feature through emcli command (send_system_broadcast) in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (EMCC).

Scope

What is being deprecated?

Oracle EMCC provided users a way to broadcast a message that allows administrators to send messages of up to 200 characters to specified users or all users logged in to the Enterprise Manager (EM) console.
