Incident rule import fails with " All the attribute(s) are discarded for Metric Alert event class." error (Doc ID 3009296.1)

Symptoms

When trying to import an incident rule from one OEM Cloud Control 13c environment to another, similar error as in below example may occur :


Example:

Test_Incident_Rule_DB :All the attribute(s) [ME$TEST_ME_DB|active_session_count|oracle_database] are discarded for Metric Alert event class. Refer to tag <EventClassSpecificAttributeGroup> in XML.
