EM13c: Information Publisher Reports ( IP reports) Showing only 7 Days of Data Post RU 16. (Doc ID 3010320.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Control 13c IP Reports are showing data only for 7 days even if we select 30 days/60/days/90 days.

If we create an IP report using the Metric details , we can see the correct data if the report is for 7 days or less than 7 days , but if we select last 30 days/60 days/90 days or any time frame greater than 7 days , report only shows last 7 days data.

 

Changes

 RU 16 was applied to the OMS.
