Symptoms
After following the Note 2998693.1 , Setting MOS credentials: Setup > Select My Oracle Support > Select Set Credentials and Enter the credentials fails with the following error:
"Exception during OAuth loginIO Error: Status code: 400, Reason: Bad Request"
