Symptoms

During the PDB target maintenance window, PDB target availability metric evaluation error is generated as below
'Target {oracle_pdb.PDB_CDBROOT} is broken: No such metadata - No valid queryDescriptor or executionDescriptor found for target [oracle_pdb.PDB_CDBROOT]'
