EM 13c : ha_backup_history Metric Not Executing Automatically As Per Schedule (Doc ID 3024275.1)

Symptoms

In EM13c, For Standby database, Metric 'ha_backup_history' is not getting executed as per the scheduler. Because of which the back information is not getting populated in OEM repository database.

Where as, it runs successfully without any issue when executed manaully and it updates records in repository database.
