The Correct Way to Confirm Enterprise Manager Certification (Doc ID 3024694.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Users can see the EM (Enterprise Manager) Certification information in the Certifications tab of MOS (My Oracle Support).
In addition, Certification information is also displayed in the following pages within EM console.
However, sometimes the information displayed by these two sources may be inconsistent.
In such cases, which one should be considered authoritative?

Login to EM Console, via Setup > Extensibility > Plug-ins, expand Databases, select
Oracle Database, then Action > Information.
