EM13c: Configuration Comparison Report Column Doesn't Show Target Name in Details

Symptoms
EM 13c
Configuration Consistency Comparison Report doesn't show Target Name in details in the Reference Target or Compared Target Column.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Create a comparison template for a Weblogic Domain Target.
2. Include Application Deployment and Database Instance to compare.
3. Use Target Property for matching as Contact
4. Create a Consistency for the Weblogic Domain.
5. While creating the Consistency, modify the reference target to select the Application Deployment and Database Instance as the reference target havingthe Contact.
6. Ignore the other target types.
7. Save the changes to create the consistency.
8. Navigate to check the Consistency Report.
9. Verify on the UI that the Consistency Report is showing the valid comparison- Application Deployment with Application Deployment and DB with DB comparison.
10. Click on export to download the report.
11. The Oracle WebLogic Domain and Members (Differences) table, column name doesn't clearly state the target details under Reference Target or Compared Target.
