Symptoms

ROCE switch discovery had the following issues:
1) Home page displays the following error "Target data is currently being uploaded to the repository. The target will be accessible once this process is complete."
2) In Target Navigation tree, Target was listed under "Network switches" instead of "Ethernet Switches"
