Incidents are creating with message "Dumping current patch information" capture from Database Alert log

Patch Description: DBMS_STATS FAILING WITH ERROR ORA-01422 WHEN GATHERING STATS FOR USER$ TABLE
Patch Description: 19.X DATAPATCH FAILS WITH ORA-01422 ,ORA-20004 NO FILE FOUND IN SCRIPT RDBMS/ADMIN/NOTHING.SQL
Patch Description: ORA-600 [KTUGETTEMPRSP NO TSO] EVEN WITH PATCH 34615905 APPLIED

ORA-error stack (01422 4031 600[KTUGETTEMPRSP NO TSO] 12850 16856) logged in the database alert log
