Symptoms

Grid control installation abort having the following error in installaction.log file:

     Exception : oracle.sysman.emCfg.common.CfwException: oracle.sysman.emCfg.common.CfwException:
    Command: /OMS_ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl config emkey -repos failed. Exit code:
    expected [0 ], but got 1
   
    INFO: Configuration assistant "OMS Upgrade Migration" failed
