Blank Screen In Internet Explorer At Logon To AS Control (Doc ID 388679.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the AS Control URL in OracleAS from Internet Explorer right after installation, only a blank page is displayed.

HTTP header tracing via a tool like ieHttpHeaders shows that only the initial URL is accessed at "/", and AS Control returns a page with successful HTTP status 200. After that, there is no more HTTP request from the browser.
