Symptoms
Unable to start EM DBConsole after a server reboot. Error received at command line is:
"OC4J Configuration issue.
/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_<hostname>_<SID> not found."
