This bulletin is to describe zOS components directly related to Management Agent, in order to understand Agent behaviour better.
It will also summarize description from IBM documentation on USS variables which can impacting Agent.

- This article is intended to experienced zOS System Administrators and DBA administrators whith basic level knowledge on Entreprise Manager Grid control and Agent generic architecture
