EMCA fails to install successfully for Database Control.
An issue can also occur if a recent RAC or Non-RAC configuration change has been performed.
Symptoms that may occur but are not limited to:
- Database Control configuration using EMCA fails to complete successfully
- Data does not upload to Database Control
- Database Control fails to start
