OMS Webcache Metric Collection Error In Grid Console (Doc ID 603290.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:

OMS 10.2.0.3, agent 10.2.0.3 on Linux x86-64.
Also this issue was reported on 10.2.0.5 agent on Windows 32 bit.

Grid Control console is showing the following collection metric errors which are not clearing:

Target EnterpriseManager0.<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>_Web Cache
Type Web Cache
Metric Chronos Collection

Error Type Collection Failure
Message AnyDBM_File doesn't define a TIEHASH method at
