Symptoms
Creating DBConsole using EMCA commands fails while entering DBSNMP or SYSMAN password.
# The dbsnmp/sysman user is using the default database profile
# Able to connect to the database from the dbsnmp user ( sqlplus dbsnmp/<password> suceeds )
# No password verification function.
