This document provides steps for collecting more information, to determine the root cause when the OMS is slow or bounces frequently with java.lang.OutOfMemoryError.
The document is divided in three sections to troubleshoot the "Out of Memory" issues in Grid Control versions 10.2, 11.1 and 12.1, as the underlying stack has changed significantly in 11.1 and 12.1 Grid Control version.
