-- Problem Statement:
Hanganalyze from GridControl Fails if ORACLE_SID is not set on Agent with the following error:
ORADEBUG HANGANALYZE could not be run at <DIR>/V10203/sysman/admin/scripts/db/hanganalyze.pl
line 68.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1- Make sure ORACLE_SID is not set
2- emctl start agent
3- From Grid Control go to the following links Databases-> Dbname-> Performance-> Hanganalysis
