Agent Upload to OMS Fails with "ERROR-400|Closed Connection" when Using ASO for OMS to Repository Communication (Doc ID 954415.1)

Symptoms

Agent upload to the OMS is failing with:

- The <AGENT_HOME>/sysman/log/emagent.trc shows:

2009-10-14 14:18:06,264 Thread-5431 ERROR upload: 1 Failure(s) in a row or XML error for A0000001.xml, retcode = -2, we give up

- The <OMS_HOME/sysman/log/emoms.trc on the OMS machine shows:

 OMS seems to be having problems having a persistent connection to the Repository database.

Changes

Advanced Security Option is enabled for the Repository Database.
