Unable to Add Related Content to a Report in Financial Reporting Studio

Symptoms
You are trying to create a Related Content link in a report in Financial Reporting Studio. When you double-click on the plus sign beside the BIPlus path to see a listing of Workspace documents, the plus sign sign disappears. You don't receive the Workspace listing.
If you run a report to Web Preview from Studio, it is unable to connect to Workspace until you remove the port from the URL. Once you remove the port, the report displays in Workspace.
You have redeployed Workspace against port 80, the original deployment port, with no change in behavior.
Changes
You recently enabled SSL.
