Redeployment of a Deployed EPMA Application Results in Error: "An item with the same key has already been added" (Doc ID 1160455.1)

Symptoms

The deployment of an application after moving a member multiple times and changing it back to the same parent will fail.

The Windows Event Viewer application log of the EPMA dimension server displays the following error:
