Symptoms

When applying the FCM Patch 10349861 (MERGE PATCH FOR UNPUBLISHED BUG 9824582 CONTAINS MULTIPLE FIXES), you may receive the error ' OPatch failed with error code = 74 '. You may also see other errors in the oPatch log appearing to be permission related:

OPatch found incompatible or invalid applicable product type with respect to the Oracle Home
Jar Action: Source File "D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\OPatch\10349861\files\\products\FinancialClose\AppServer\InstallableApps\common\FinancialClose.ear\FCC-DataModel-context-root.jar\oracle\apps\epm\fcc\model\applicationModule\aggregates\UpdateAggregateTasks$TaskAggregateUpdate$AllChildrenCompletedSuccess.class" does not exists or is not readable
