EPM Workspace Error "The startup document specified does not exist in the repository" When Attempting to Login (Doc ID 1331370.1)

When trying to login to Hyperion EPM Workspace the following error messages are shown:

The startup document specified does not exist in the repository.

Failure of server APACHE bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF.
