Symptoms
The following error is seen in DRM when running an export, or possibly other actions too, DRM is crashing and the DRM service needs to be restarted (where X is a port number):
Error in opening the DRM Service ports during startup: There is already a listener on IP endpoint 0.0.0.0:X. Make sure that you are not trying to use this endpoint multiple times in your application and that there are no other applications listening on this endpoint./n at Oracle.Drm.Engine.Host.Program.Main(String[] args)
