You've signed into Financial Reporting Studio, which is installed on a Financial Reporting Server machine.  When you try to run a Print Preview of a report, there is no response or error.  The Studio acts as if nothing has been selected.  When the same task is performed on the machine while you're signed onto Windows with a user with local administrator rights, the Print Preview completes.  On other client machines where FR Studio is installed, any user can successfully generate a Print Preview.
