Symptoms
Deployment in 11.1.2.1.000 version.
When attempting to Deploy an HPCM application from EPMA and the deploy reaches 100%, it fails with the following error:

In EPMA job console:
Detail : Initiating Product Action...
Generating Headers and Callback Information...
Generating Application Data...
Posting Product Request...
HTTP/1.1 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Action aborted.
Steps to replicate:
1. In EPMA got to to the application library
2. Right click on an HPCM application and select deploy
3. In the pop up window select the correct deployment options and press deploy
