When using SmartView 220.127.116.11.000 with Internet Explorer (IE) 8 on Windows XP or Windows 7 Operating Systems, the following error occurs when trying to refresh data. This error is intermittent:
Invalid session. One possibility is that the connection has timed out. Log in again.
