Hyperion Financial Management Taskflows Do Not Launch Executable Files (Doc ID 1384283.1)

Symptoms

Taskflows attempting to execute a file fail to complete and stay in Active status. The target file does not seem to be executed by taskflow.

The following error message will appear on the log file:

[Thread-29] ERROR
com.hyperion.workflow.engine.server.services.command.WfExecuteCommand.run(WfExecuteCommand.java:96) - Error Executing the Command CreateProcess: firefox.exe error=2
