Data Value is Incorrect in Smart View / Excel Add-in Retrieval After Upgrade

Symptoms
On a retrieval from an Essbase ASO cube, the Smart View / Excel add-in is rounding off the values after decimal points. For example:
In Essbase v9.2.0.2 after aggregation: Parent 1 = 0
In Essbase v9.3.1.3 after aggregation: Parent 1 = 0.0000000000036
Later versions will display similar output.
Changes
The aggregation engine has changed in 9.3.1.x so that a single aggregate view can be built by multiple threads in parallel.
