#NAME Error Appears in the Excel Cell for Non Smart View Users (Doc ID 1456979.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open a Smart View Excel sheet on a user machine where Smart View is not installed, the user can initially see the numbers, but then is asked if links should be updated. Regardless of user's respons the numbers in the Excel sheet are being replaced with "#NAME"
