Symptoms
When attempting to log into planning, the following error occurs.
ERROR

An error occurred while processing this page. Check the log for details.Please close the current tab and open application again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) log into Planning via Work space or Direct URL
2) The mentioned error pops up i.e "An error occurred while processing this page. Check the log for details.Please close the current tab and open application again"
