Symptoms

When  attempting to access Smart View using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 or 2010 the following error message appears:

Could not find Oracle's Hyperion Smart View COM Addin
The toolbar requires the Oracle Hyperion Smart View for Office, Fusion Edition
