Symptoms
1. A Financial Reporting batch attempts to create a very large PDF output file but yields the following errors messages in <FinancialReportingStudio_Home>\diagnostics\logs\FinancialReporting\FRPrintLogging.log file.
a. "java.lang.NullPointerException"
b. "Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space"
An actual PDF file is created in the target external export folder but file size is zero (0KB).
2. In Workspace, creating a Complete Book in PDF on a very large Financial Reporting 11.1.2.1 book returns a blank page in a browser.
