Symptoms

When attempting to download the 11.1.2.1 Smart View (SV) software from the Smart View enabled Excel workbook in order to upgrade SV from earlier version, the following message is shown instead of downloading the SmartView.exe file:

/epmstatic/wspace/SmartView/SmartView.exe
