Hyperion Foundation Services Fail To Start After Changing Database Account Password

After starting the Hyperion Foundation Services, the service starts in ADMIN Mode and also the following exception is reported in the HyS9FoundationServices_sysout.log:
Failed to initialize the application 'EPMSystemRegistry' due to error weblogic.application.ModuleException
Caused By: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceSystemException:
Could not connect to 'oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver'.
The returned message is: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
User account password of the database has been modified.
