Symptoms
Usage Tracking was configured on a new Exalytics environment which includes Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) version 11.1.1.7 (or 11.1.1.9).
The Repository Creation Utility (RCU) schema tables, RPD and MBean have been configured as described in the Oracle Fusion Middleware System Administrator's Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g Release 1 (11.1.1).
Multiple queries were run over a few days, but there are no inserts or updates in the Usage Tracking tables (S_NQ_ACCT and S_NQ_SUMMARY_ADVISOR).
