Symptoms

You try to execute <Middleware_Home>\EPMSYSTEM11R1\products\financialreporting\bin\FRConfig.cmd (FRConfig.sh on UNIX) but receive the following message:

Environment Variable EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE could not be determined. Please set EMP_ORACLE_INSTANCE in setInstance.cmd file.
