User's Group Access is Not Applied for Planning Application (Doc ID 1483813.1)

Users that are part of a group, do not get their group access applied in the Planning application.

For instance, a group has been given access to a Data Form, but the users in the group cannot see the Data Form

When checking the table HSP_USERSINGROUP the group relationship for the user(s) will not be there

Delegated User Management is enabled
