Page Numbering Does Not Appear In MS Office Documents Inserted in a Financial Reporting(FR) Book (Doc ID 1503627.1)

Symptoms

In Workspace, create a new Financial Reporting book and add MS Office documents (no Financial Reporting reports) .
Right click on the book for "Complete book in PDF".  Page numbering is only on the Table Of Contents of the generated PDF and not on the other pages of the PDF.
