Symptoms
Within Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Interactive Reporting (IR) the following error is seen intermittently:
"Error in executing BI_callback request: 'm_messageBundle' is undefined"
This can occur when either:
- changing between dashboards multiple times
- opening and/or manipulating a BQY file, in either iHTML or the IR Web Client.
NOTE: Often closing and reopening the BQY file can resolve the issue in the interim, however on occasions the error may reoccur immediately.
