After applying  the patch 13905088  Workspace lost the link for  Planning application when RAFramework started.

 

Replication Steps:



1 Apply the patch 13905088
2 Start all service
3 Login Workspace , can't  find planning application link
4 Close browser and stop RAFramework service , open workspace can find planning
