Symptoms

In attempting to start the HFMWeb managed server you see the following error in the HFMWeb0.log:

<HFMWeb0> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <> <> <> <1356120587386> <BEA-149265> <Failure occurred in the execution of deployment request with ID '1356120587288' for task '1'. Error is: 'weblogic.management.DeploymentException: The application FMWEBSERVICES#11.1.2.0 contains a SubDeploymentMBean with a name oracle-epm-fm-webservicesAsyncMdb.jar however there is no module in the application with that URI or context-root.' weblogic.management.DeploymentException: The application FMWEBSERVICES#11.1.2.0 contains a SubDeploymentMBean with a name oracle-epm-fm-webservicesAsyncMdb.jar however there is no module in the application with that URI or context-root.

Changes

An upgrade from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.2 had just been done.
