External users in EPM Shared Services (e.g. MSAD users) cannot be removed from Native groups if they have multiple IDs in the external user directory. (Doc ID 1526569.1)

Symptoms

For users who have multiple IDs on the Active Directory's side, the action is undertaken to remove this MSAD user from a Native group it was assigned to.

Initially, the user seems to have been removed from the group properly, however after some time, the user is automatically assigned back to the same Native group.
