Importing or Exporting ERPI Mappings Results in Either 'An error occurred while importing the file' or 'An error occurred while exporting the file' But No Errors are Seen in the ODI Agent Log (Doc ID 1532328.1)

Symptoms

1. When trying to import or export data load mappings in the ERPI web interface either of the following error messages is seen:

An error occurred while importing the file or An error occurred while exporting the file.

2. The error below does not exist in your ODI Agent log (if it does exist then please see note 1506150.1 which also contains details of the location of the ODI Agent log):

Session preparation failure: scenario IMPORT_EXPORTxxxxx does not exist in work repository A.
