Symptoms

When trying to import data from ERPI to FDM receiving error about being unable to connect to database or just hanging.
The adapter log shows the below error:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040E14): ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
