Oracle Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM): DataSync Completes Successfully But Does Not Close Properly (Doc ID 1550634.1)

Symptoms

Errors occurs when the Datasync between the Hyperion Essbase BSO Cube and the HPCM Calc Cube completes.
All the data is loaded correctly but the sync does not close properly.

Below error message is reported:

"Load data started at 30/1/2013 13:22:26:483 EST
Error message 1:
Cannot end dataload. Essbase Error(1003063): The input data is not in proper dimension order as in rule file [Location]
Load data ended at 30/1/2013 13:24:15:406 EST"
