Error messages displayed in browser can vary, depending on which Financial Reporting Web functionality is accessed, but the most frequent one is:

Required Application Module xxxx.jsp is not available.

This indicates a problem accessing the FR Web Application or a general processing error from the FR Web Application.  Note:  xxxx.jsp in the above message can vary, depending on the FR Web Functionality accessed. 

Additional error messages may be written to the following log files:

• Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\services\HyS9FRReports-sysout.log
• Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\services\HyS9FRReports-syserr.log
• Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\FinancialReporting0\logs\FinancialReporting0.log
• Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\FinancialReporting0\logs\FRLogging.log

Changes

Configuration values in the FR Java Mbean Console have been changed.
