Symptoms

Error opening up Essbase import maps. The error message is as follows: “HSF20553: Cannot Initialize Oracle Essbase Integration. The Essbase integration support components cannot be started. The values of the environment variables ESSBASEPATH and ARBORPATH may not be set correctly. Reinstallation of Strategic Finance, or the installation of the Oracle Hyperion Essbase client component may be necessary.”
